This project is in collaboration with designers Sydney DeJong, Abby Weyand, and Graicee Gibby.
OVERVIEW
Each semester, the Shaw Gallery at Weber State exhibits senior art student work. We were tasked with designing the event identity for the Fall 2024 exhibit.

THE QUESTION
How do we create an exhibit identity that represents a student exhibition and excites patrons of the gallery?

THE GOAL
Create a motion graphic to be projected during the event, wall vinyl, posters, stickers, sweatshirts, and social/digital graphics.

THE SOLUTION
Organic shapes mixed with structured movement and a grid system. This is a play on the idea that art students going out into the world need to find the balance between organic and authentic work, while also giving themselves structure to be successful members of society.
